How to generate an image

  1. Open Zee Studio from the top navigation bar (click Zee Studio)
  2. Select AI Image mode in the creator panel
  3. Choose your generation mode:
    • Text to Image — describe what you want in the prompt field
    • Image to Image — attach a reference image and describe the changes you want
  4. Type your prompt (e.g., “A professional headshot of a confident woman in a modern office”)
  5. (Optional) Click the Enhance with AI button (✨) to optimize your prompt — this dramatically improves results
  6. Click the model chip to select an AI model and adjust settings
  7. Check the credit cost displayed on the Generate button
  8. Click Generate
  9. Wait 10-30 seconds — your image appears in Creations when ready

Ideogram family

Credit costs vary by model, resolution, aspect ratio, and quality settings. The exact cost is always shown on the Generate button before you confirm. Recraft models cost more for vector (SVG) output than raster (PNG).

Model settings

Click the model chip (e.g., Nano Banana Pro) to open the settings panel:
  • Model selector — browse and switch between available models
  • Aspect ratio — choose between landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16), square (1:1), and other formats
  • Quality/Speed — some models offer quality tiers (e.g., GPT Image: Low, Medium, High)
  • Style — some models support style presets (e.g., Ideogram: realistic, design, 3D, anime)
  • Negative prompt — describe what you don’t want in the image (supported by some models)

Using reference images

In Image to Image mode:
  1. Click the image icon in the creator panel to attach a reference image
  2. The AI model will use your image as a starting point
  3. Describe what changes you want in the prompt (e.g., “Transform this into a watercolor painting”)
Not all models support reference images. Check the model settings panel — models with reference support show an image attachment option.

Generating multiple images at once

Need variations of the same prompt? Generate up to 4 images at once in a single click.
  1. In the creator panel, set the quantity to 2, 3, or 4
  2. Click Generate
  3. Each image appears as its own card in the gallery — with all actions available (animate, edit, reuse prompt, add to post, etc.)
Each image counts as one generation — your credits are deducted accordingly. Generating 4 images costs 4× the credit cost of one image.
Batch generation is great for choosing the best variation. The AI generates each image independently with the same prompt, so you’ll get different interpretations of your idea.

Tips for better results

  • Be specific — “A golden retriever puppy on a beach at sunset” works better than “dog on beach”
  • Use the Prompt Optimizer — it adds professional photography details (lighting, camera, composition) automatically
  • Mention the style — “editorial Vogue photography”, “cinematic film still”, “minimalist flat design”
  • Specify quality — “ultra-photorealistic 8K”, “professional studio lighting”
  • Try different models — each model has strengths. Nano Banana excels at photos, Recraft at design, Ideogram at text

After generation

Once your image is ready, click on it to:
  • Download — save to your device
  • Create Post — open the post editor with the image attached
  • Recreate — reuse the same model and settings with a new prompt
  • Use prompt — copy the prompt to the creator field
  • Animate — transform the image into a video (Image to Video mode)
  • Publish — share to the public Explore gallery
