Connect your social media accounts to Postzee so you can publish content from one dashboard. Each platform uses a secure OAuth authorization flow — Postzee never sees or stores your password.

How to connect a channel

  1. Go to Channels in the top navigation bar
  2. Click Add Channel
  3. Select the platform you want to connect (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  4. You’ll be redirected to the platform’s login page
  5. Log in and authorize Postzee to access your account
  6. You’re redirected back to Postzee — your channel is now connected
Some platforms (like Instagram and Facebook) share the same authorization flow via Facebook Business. Connecting one may give you access to connect the other.

Other platforms

For platforms like Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Reddit, Mastodon, and others — the flow is similar:
  1. Click Add Channel → select the platform
  2. Complete the platform’s authorization or provide the required credentials
  3. The channel appears in your list
Some platforms (Discord, Telegram, Slack) use webhook-based connections instead of OAuth — you’ll be guided through the setup. For self-hosted platforms like Mastodon or WordPress, you’ll need to provide your instance URL during setup.

Multiple accounts

You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform. For example:
  • 2 Instagram Business profiles
  • 3 LinkedIn Company Pages
  • 1 TikTok account
Each connection counts as one channel toward your plan’s limit.

Reconnecting a channel

OAuth tokens can expire or be revoked. When this happens, the channel shows a Needs Reconnection indicator. To fix it:
  1. Go to Channels in the top navigation bar
  2. Find the channel with the reconnection warning
  3. Click Reconnect
  4. Complete the OAuth flow again
  5. The channel is restored with all its settings intact
Scheduled posts for a disconnected channel will fail when their publish time arrives. Reconnect the channel before the scheduled time to avoid errors.
If reconnection fails, the platform may require a fresh connection. In that case, remove the channel and connect it again from scratch. Your scheduled posts will need to be reassigned to the new channel.
