Click Metrics in the top navigation bar. Select a channel to view its metrics, or see an aggregate view across all channels.

Use the controls at the top of the Analytics page to filter:

Data freshness

Analytics data is cached for performance:
  • Data refreshes every hour in production
  • Metrics are pulled from each platform’s API at regular intervals
  • Some platforms may have their own delays in reporting (e.g., Instagram metrics can take up to 24 hours)
Analytics availability depends on the platform’s API. Some platforms provide more detailed metrics than others. Postzee shows all available data from each connected channel.

Post performance

Beyond channel-level analytics, you can track individual post performance:
  • Click tracking — posts with short links include click statistics
  • Publishing status — see which posts succeeded or failed across channels
  • Cross-channel comparison — compare how the same content performs on different platforms
