How to purchase

  1. Open the account drawer (click your avatar in the top-right) and click the credit balance, or go to the Credits page directly
  2. Browse the available credit packages
  3. Click Buy on the package you want
  4. Complete payment through the secure Stripe checkout
  5. Credits are added to your account instantly

Payment methods

Postzee uses Stripe for all payments. Accepted methods include:
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Other methods supported by Stripe in your region

Key rules

  • Purchased credits never expire — use them today, next month, or next year
  • Credits survive plan changes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan and your purchased credits remain
  • Available on all plans — Free plan users can buy credits and use all AI features
  • No refunds on credits — credit purchases are final
Purchased credits are completely separate from your plan’s monthly credit allocation. Plan credits reset each billing cycle, but purchased credits are permanent.

  • Your monthly plan credits are running low before the billing cycle resets
  • You’re on the Free plan and want to use AI generation
  • You have a large batch of content to generate (campaign, launch)
  • You want a permanent credit reserve that won’t be affected by plan changes
