Billing & Credits

New users on paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. No charge during the trial period. After the trial, billing begins automatically. You can cancel anytime. If you’ve used a trial before, billing starts immediately.
AI credits are the currency used to generate images and videos with AI. Each generation costs a specific number of credits depending on the model. Credits can be included in your plan (monthly allocation) or purchased separately. See Credits for details.
No. Purchased credits never expire and survive plan cancellation. Only monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle.
Yes! Free plan users can purchase credits and use all AI features (image generation, video generation, prompt optimization). The Free plan only restricts access to the social media suite (scheduling, publishing, channels).
You can purchase additional credit packages anytime from the Credits page, or upgrade to a plan with more monthly credits. Your scheduled posts continue to work normally — only AI generation requires credits.
Yes. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan’s features until the end of the paid period. Your purchased credits are never lost.

Channels & Publishing

A channel is a connected social media account where you can publish content. For example, your Instagram business profile or your LinkedIn company page. Connect channels in the Channels page by clicking Add Channel.
Yes! You can connect multiple Instagram accounts, multiple LinkedIn pages, etc. Each connection counts as one channel toward your plan’s limit.
Team members are people you invite to your workspace. They can create content, manage channels, and collaborate on posts. Each member can connect their own channels. Available on Team, Pro, and Ultimate plans.
Yes. Postzee uses end-to-end encryption, secure servers, LGPD/GDPR compliance, and automatic daily backups. Social network access tokens are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
