How to access
Open the account drawer (click your avatar in the top-right) → Settings → Autopost tab. What is Autopost?
Autopost monitors RSS feeds you configure and automatically creates posts in Postzee whenever a new item is published in the feed. You decide which channels each feed publishes to and how the posts are formatted. Common use cases:- Auto-share blog posts to your social channels when published
- Cross-post podcast episodes to LinkedIn and X
- Distribute news from external feeds to your community
- Republish your own content from one platform to another
How to configure
- Go to Settings → Autopost
- Click Add Autopost
- Enter:
- Title — a friendly name for this autopost
- RSS URL — the feed to monitor (Postzee validates the URL before saving)
- Channels — choose All channels or select specific channels
- Configure publishing options:
- Publish on slot — publish at your team’s configured posting times (or immediately if disabled)
- Sync last entries — also import recent items already in the feed (default: only new items going forward)
- Generate content with AI — let AI write the social media caption from the feed item
- Add picture — attach an image extracted from the feed item
- (Optional) Custom content — provide a template if you don’t want AI-generated content
- Click Save
Channel filtering
You can scope each autopost feed to specific channels:- All channels — publish every new item to every connected channel
- Specific channels — only publish to selected channels (useful for matching content to platform)
AI-generated content vs custom content
By default, Autopost uses AI to generate the social media caption from each feed item, optimizing it for each platform’s style and character limits. If you prefer manual control:- Disable Generate content with AI

- Use the feed item’s title and link in your template

- The feed is valid RSS/Atom format
- Items have the required fields
Plan availability
Autopost is available on Team, Pro, and Ultimate plans.Autopost uses your monthly post quota. Each item published from a feed counts as one post. AI-generated content uses credits — see Credits for details.
