Channels are your connected social media accounts. Each channel represents one profile, page, or account where Postzee can publish content on your behalf.

What is a channel?

A channel is a linked social media account — for example, your Instagram business profile, your LinkedIn company page, or your TikTok creator account. Once connected, you can schedule and publish posts to that channel directly from Postzee.

How to access

Click Channels in the top navigation bar. You’ll see all your connected channels with their status, platform, and profile information.

Channel information

Each channel card displays:

Channel limits by plan

The number of channels you can connect depends on your plan: Each connection counts as one channel. For example, connecting 2 Instagram accounts and 1 LinkedIn page uses 3 of your channel slots.

Managing channels

Enable / Disable

Toggle a channel on or off without removing it. Disabled channels:
  • Don’t appear in the post editor’s channel selector
  • Keep their connection and settings intact
  • Can be re-enabled at any time

Reconnect

If a channel shows Needs Reconnection, the OAuth token has expired or been revoked. Click Reconnect to re-authorize through the platform’s login flow.

Delete

Remove a channel permanently. This disconnects the account and removes it from your channel list. Existing published posts are not affected.
Deleting a channel from Postzee does not delete your social media account or any posts already published to it.
