My channel shows “Needs Reconnection”

Cause: OAuth tokens expire periodically (usually every 60 days for Facebook/Instagram). When this happens, Postzee can no longer publish on your behalf. Fix:
  1. Go to Channels
  2. Find the channel with the warning indicator
  3. Click the menu → Reconnect
  4. Complete the OAuth authorization flow
  5. Your channel is restored with all settings intact
Scheduled posts for a disconnected channel will fail when their publish time arrives. Reconnect before the scheduled time to avoid errors.

Reconnection failed

Cause: The platform may require a completely new connection instead of a reconnection. This can happen when the platform revokes your previous authorization entirely. Fix:
  1. Go to Channels
  2. Remove the problematic channel (click ⋮ → Remove)
  3. Click Add Channel and connect it again from scratch
  4. Reassign any scheduled posts to the new channel

I connected the wrong account

  1. Go to Channels
  2. Find the incorrect channel
  3. Click ⋮ → Remove
  4. Click Add Channel and connect the correct account
Removing a channel does not delete any posts already published on the platform. It only disconnects Postzee’s access.

My channel appears disabled

Cause: Your plan’s channel limit was exceeded, or an admin disabled the channel. Fix:
  1. Check your plan’s channel limit via your profile pictureBillingPlans tab
  2. If you’ve exceeded your limit, upgrade your plan or remove unused channels
  3. If an admin disabled it, ask them to re-enable it in Channels → ⋮ → Enable

Channel limit reached

Each plan has a maximum number of channels: To connect more channels, upgrade your plan via your profile pictureBillingPlans tab.
