All Postzee payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD regardless of your location.

My credit purchase didn’t appear

Cause: The payment may still be processing, or the checkout session didn’t complete. Fix:
  1. Check your email for a payment confirmation from Stripe
  2. Click your profile picture (top right) → Credits — your balance should update within a few seconds
  3. If no confirmation email arrived, the payment likely didn’t go through — try again
  4. If you received a confirmation but credits don’t appear, wait a few minutes and refresh the page
Credits appear instantly after successful payment. If they don’t show after 5 minutes and you have a payment confirmation, contact support with your email so we can verify.

My card was declined

Cause: Your bank or card issuer rejected the transaction. Common reasons:
  • Insufficient funds
  • International transaction blocked (Postzee charges in USD)
  • Card expired
  • Daily spending limit reached
Fix:
  1. Contact your bank to authorize international USD transactions
  2. Try a different card
  3. Ensure your card is enabled for online/international purchases

I was charged but my subscription didn’t activate

Cause: There may have been a delay between payment and account activation. Fix:
  1. Log out and log back in — your plan may need a session refresh
  2. Check Billing in settings to verify your subscription status
  3. If still showing Free after 10 minutes, contact support with your email

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Click your profile picture (top right) to open the account menu
  2. Click Billing
  3. Go to the Overview tab
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm
What happens after cancellation:
  • You keep access until the end of the current billing period
  • Monthly AI credits are removed at the end of the period
  • Purchased credits (bought separately) are never removed — they stay in your account forever
  • You can still use purchased credits on the Free plan

How do I change my payment card?

  1. Click your profile picture (top right) to open the account menu
  2. Click Billing
  3. Go to the Overview tab
  4. Click Update Payment
  5. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe portal to update your card details
If your subscription payment failed:
  1. Update your card using the steps above
  2. Stripe will automatically retry the payment with your new card
  3. Once the payment succeeds, your account is unblocked automatically

Why was my account blocked?

Your account may be blocked if:
  • Payment failed — your subscription payment didn’t go through. Update your card and the account is unblocked automatically when payment succeeds.
  • Chargeback dispute — if you disputed a charge with your bank, the account is blocked until the dispute is resolved.

I want a refund

  • Subscription refunds: Contact support with your account email. Refund eligibility depends on your usage and billing cycle.
  • Credit purchases: Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credit balances may be eligible for refund — contact support.
  • Failed AI generations: Credits are automatically refunded when an AI generation fails. You don’t need to request this — it happens instantly.

Why am I charged in USD?

Postzee processes all payments in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency and apply a conversion fee. This is standard for international SaaS platforms and ensures consistent pricing worldwide.

My trial ended but I don’t want to pay

During the 7-day free trial, you have full access to the plan features except AI credits (credits are only granted after first payment). When the trial ends:
  • If you don’t provide payment → subscription is cancelled, you return to the Free plan
  • If you provide payment → first charge occurs and you receive your monthly AI credits
You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
