List channels

GET /public/v1/channels

Returns all connected social media channels for your account.

Response fields

Field	Type	Description
`id`	string	Unique channel ID — use this in Create Post
`name`	string	Channel display name
`platform`	string	Platform identifier (e.g., `instagram`, `linkedin-page`, `tiktok`, `x`)
`picture`	string	Profile picture URL
`disabled`	boolean	Whether the channel is disabled
`profile`	string	Platform username or page name
`customer`	object/null	Customer grouping (if assigned)

The id field is what you pass as channel.id when creating posts. The platform field tells you which network this channel belongs to.

Get a single channel

GET /public/v1/channels/:id

Fetch metadata for one channel. Returns 404 if the channel doesn’t belong to your organization.

The response shape is identical to a single entry in the list endpoint.
